Finding the Source. Restoring Movement.
I use a whole-body, hands-on approach to physical therapy rooted in Functional Manual Therapy® and guided by continuous reassessment.
I view pain as an important signal—not just where symptoms exist, but where the body may be compensating, under stress, or not functioning optimally. By combining skilled manual therapy with targeted movement, we not only reduce pain and improve mobility, but also help the body reinforce more efficient movement patterns for carryover into daily life.
My goal is to help patients understand their bodies, move with confidence, and maintain lasting results independently. Targeted home exercises reinforce our progress between sessions so that improvements continue to build over time.
Education is central to my approach because ultimately, the person who should understand your body best is you.

Pelvic Health Specialist
I’m a physical therapist and a serious movement nerd. I’m endlessly fascinated by the human body—it’s the most complex, amazing puzzle I’ve ever worked with—and I get to do this work for a living, helping people move and feel better.
I’m very into fixing things, and I don’t love guessing. I’m a problem-solver who blends science, hands-on treatment, movement, and a lot of curiosity to understand the root of a problem. The more I understand your body, the better I can connect the dots and help you move with less pain and more confidence.
I use a mix of analogies and clear clinical explanations—because when things make sense, people tend to get better faster and stay better longer.
